Cindy Gabbert, BSN, RN 

Cindy Gabbert graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1992.  During her nursing education she received two student awards; one for “Outstanding Nursing in Advanced Nursing Concepts” and one for “Professional Nursing and the Childbearing Experience”.  After graduation she worked not only as a pediatric nurse at Cooks Ft. Worth Children’s Medical Center but also as a neonatal nurse at Harris Methodist Hospital of Fort Worth.   Cindy devoted the next five years of her nursing career to working with critically ill premature infants and their families.  She then pursued another avenue with her nursing degree and began working as a legal nurse consultant for a downtown Dallas law firm.  In 1998 Cindy returned to work part time at Harris Methodist Fort Worth in Neonatal Intensive Care so she could devote time to develop Gabbert and Associates Legal Nurse Consultants.   Again, she was working two jobs that she enjoyed; however, by 2000 Gabbert and Associates matured to the point that it required her fulltime attention and devotion.  Today, Cindy, her husband Dan, son Drew, and all of the associates work together to make GALNC the premier legal nurse consulting firm in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
